Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy for your first order, allowing you to try Lasaya with confidence. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a refund. This policy applies only to your initial purchase.
The order you are requesting a refund for must be the first order you've placed with Lasaya.
To request a refund, contact us at hello@lasayahealth.com.
If your refund request is accepted, we'll process a refund back to your original payment method. You do not need to send the product back to us.
Eligible first order returns will receive a full refund for the value of your Lasaya order.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like opened-package perishable goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We provide free exchanges with no handling fee, though price differences apply if exchanging for a higher-value product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at hello@lasayahealth.com.
Cancellations
We do not cancel orders after they have been placed. Similarly, we do not cancel subscriptions for customers. We provide an always-available account portal where customers can manage their subscriptions with just a few easy steps.
Merchandise
All Lasaya branded merchandise (apparel, drinkware, and other non-supplement items) is final sale. The 30-day refund policy above applies only to Lasaya supplement products for first-time customers and does not extend to merchandise orders. We're unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on these items. If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@lasayahealth.com with your order number and a photo so we can make it right.
